Analyze manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement. Supervise team of mechanical engineers to oversee and service day-to-day operations. Design and implement machinery upgrades, overhauls, and replacements. Evaluate processes for operational and cost efficiency. Troubleshoot processes to reduce rates of errors, breakages, and sub-standard production. Lead cross-functional team in implementing across-the-board improvements to production process. Create protocols for regular maintenance, inspection, and service to optimize machinery function and to avoid breakdowns. Compose reports setting forth results of assessments and evaluations, as well as a plan for further indicated action. Ensure project completion within time and budget constraints. Train engineering team in applicable health and safety standards and procedures. Responsible for facility maintenance jobs for the site and addressing the gaps. Strong co- ordination with function like Production, Other Maintenance departments & EHS and managing the expectations. Manage and lead team of Company Employee, contractors, vendors, Service Providers and getting the job/tasks executed. Responsible for promoting safe work practices and behaviors amongst the contractors, vendors and service providers at site. Responsible for vendors’ identification and development pertaining to facility maintenance jobs. Responsible for keeping and sharing of monthly facility maintenance jobs with relevant stakeholders. Conduct Root Cause Analysis and FMEA for all major gaps related to Engg. Issues. Responsible for providing Engineering Solution for all critical issues/gaps related to Facility Maintenance.
