Responsibilities: Manage multiple teams within a country including management of people, budget, and planning. Negotiate and make decisions on issues/activities having critical impact/influence on company revenues or business operations Develop plans and execute functional strategies requiring coordination and integration across units, as well as provide input into strategic decisions affecting the operations. Ensure solid partnerships and cross selling opportunities across range of products to deliver comprehensive services and solutions for clients Establish and maintain relationships with risk, business risk, legal, compliance, and other relevant groups within ICICI Lombard, as well as develop and ensure execution of the business strategy, and manage risk and compliance Partner with other global, regional, and country leaders to share best practices and drive business strategies, solutions, and client centric solutions to differentiate ICICI Lombard in the marketplace and achieve substantial growth targets for the business Attract, motivate, develop, and retain executive talent.Additional Information. I involves working very closely with key senior stakeholders locally and regionally to ensure there is complete alignment on all core vectors that will help bring about the desired results. Even I involve working very closely with country Retail stakeholders (Segments Heads / RB Heads) and strategy implementation and ensuring that the markets truly benefit from the thought leadership.
