ABOUT KRUNAL PATEL

I am passionate about creating workplaces where employees feel valued, supported, and positioned to succeed. Whether navigating complex labour relations matters, coaching leaders through collective agreement interpretation, or guiding them in the implementation of new processes, I thrive on making HR work better - for both people and organizations.At Concordia Hospital, I support a workforce of more than 1,100 employees, partnering with managers and senior leaders on strategic HR planning, recruitment, investigations, attendance management, return-to-work programs, and accommodations - often wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Previously, I supported transactional HR services for over employees across multiple SDOs within Shared Health and WRHA, further strengthening my ability to operate effectively at scale.I excel in dynamic environments where strategy, collaboration, and problem-solving intersect to drive meaningful outcomes. I also have a strong interest in HR data and analytics, leveraging systems such as SAP and SuccessFactors to inform decision-making, streamline processes, and improve the employee and manager experience.Always open to connecting, whether to exchange insights on HR trends, share best practices, or brainstorm the next employee engagement or wellness initiative.
