Across 13+ years, I’ve led HR strategy, transformation and business partnering across retail, manufacturing and consulting environments. My experience spans HR Centre of Excellence leadership, HR Business Partnering, organizational development, employer branding, talent strategy and employee relations, with a strong focus on aligning people priorities with business growth. I currently lead HR Centre of Excellence initiatives at Reliance Retail for Employer branding, culture, wellbeing and organizational development as part of the broader HR strategy agenda.
