Seated in the Policy Office within the Risk Management department • Work closely with the Compliance Officer, Privacy Officer, Site Compliance/Privacy Officers, and other Integrity and Compliance personnel to ensure compliance with Federal and State laws, regulations, standards, and Mayo Clinic policies and procedures. • Work with Human Resources to investigate and document compliance and/or privacy investigations• Work directly with Office of Patient Experience to investigate and document discrimination investigations• Respond timely and professionally to questions from Mayo Clinic employees and patients related to all aspects of the organization\'s Integrity and Compliance program including the Code of Conduct, policies and procedures, identification and correction of compliance and/or privacy issues, and potential violations of regulation, law or Mayo Clinic policies• Consult with business proponents to consider compliance and privacy risks related to organizational initiatives• Investigate and document Compliance Hotline reports• Present compliance training for Mayo Clinic employees• Work collaboratively on multi-disciplinary workgroups and projects• Assist with investigations in response to complaints filed with regulatory agencies• Work with Senior Privacy Analysts to conduct audits of Mayo Clinic employee access to the Electronic Health Records (EHRs)• Help support Privacy Program initiatives through workgroup participation• Assist with implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance
