Currently, as a Software Engineer II at GoHighlevel, I manage an infrastructure that supports over 5 billion API hits and 3+ billion message events per month, handling 40+ TB of data across multiple databases. My role involves ensuring our systems\' seamless performance and scalability, leveraging my expertise in distributed systems and event-driven microservices.My journey includes impactful stints at Heybase and Classplus, where I significantly improved API latencies and enhanced performance and security. At Classplus, I developed critical payment management services that could handle payments for international and domestic clients and engineered real-time chat systems capable of supporting up to concurrent users. I also implemented a subscription management system that reduced subscription-related issues by 96%.I co-authored a research paper on using robots to teach pre-requisite skills to children with autism, published in Ro-Man in 2019.I graduated with a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology, Delhi, in 2021. During my studies, I participated in several hackathons and coding competitions, where I honed my skills and creativity.I am passionate about web development and eager to learn new technologies and frameworks.
