Technology Risk Germany & EW Cyber Assurance & Advisory LeadI hold a degree in Computer Science from KIT Karlsruhe and began my professional journey in 2012 as an IT Auditor with EY. Over the years, I have developed deep expertise in IT audits, cyber regulation, and cyber risk management.For the past six years, I have led our KRITIS audit efforts, ensuring compliance with critical infrastructure requirements. Beyond audits, I have built and now lead a dedicated team within the Technology Risk Advisory group, focusing on: • Cyber Regulations: NIS2, KRITIS, DORA, CER, CRA • Cybersecurity Frameworks: e.g. TISAX, ISO seriesIn addition to my client work, I am an active member of the IDW working group for the IDW PH 9.860.2, which defines audit requirements for KRITIS providers and NIS 2 entities. As part of this group, I co-authored the KRITIS requirements catalogue published by the BSI, contributing to the development of standards that guide organizations in safeguarding critical infrastructure.Our advisory team support clients not only to conduct audits but also to prepare them for successful outcomes through comprehensive advisory projects. By bridging technical knowledge with regulatory expertise, we help organizations navigate complex compliance landscapes, improve their cybersecurity posture, and achieve resilience in an evolving digital world.
