ABOUT KRITI PRADHAN

I’m a management consultant focused on helping organizations navigate transformation- across people, structure, and ways of working.My background spans human capital advisory, organizational transformation, and change, with experience supporting complex initiatives across consumer, healthcare, public sector, and professional services environments. I work at the intersection of strategy and execution, translating business priorities into practical operating, workforce, and change solutions that leaders can actually implement.Earlier in my career, I worked in global HR strategy and transformation roles, which gave me a strong grounding in how organizations really function beneath the org chart. I later deepened my strategic toolkit through an MBA at McGill Desautels, where I pivoted more formally into consulting and enterprise transformation work.Across roles, I’m drawn to work that requires structured problem-solving, stakeholder alignment, and thoughtful decision-making- particularly in environments undergoing growth, digital change, or organizational reset.I care deeply about inclusive leadership and equitable systems, and I’ve contributed to DEI efforts through formal networks and advisory roles throughout my career.I’m always open to conversations on transformation, consulting, and building organizations that are fit for the future.
