ABOUT KRITI LODHA

I’m a seasoned marketing & tech executive with a track record for building and scaling multi-million dollar businesses, brands and teams across the SaaS technology (Toast) and CPG (Procter & Gamble) industries. My deep expertise in marketing, strategy, and operations spans B2B, B2C and B2B2C markets. I’ve owned P&L responsibility and led award-winning marketing campaigns for household brands like Mr. Clean and Gillette. I’ve served as a senior product marketing & customer experience (CX) leader at Toast, a restaurant technology platform, where I’ve built & scaled playbooks & teams that helped Toast not only survive, but also thrive beyond the pandemic and successful unicorn IPO. I am deeply committed to tackle the maternal mental health crisis - head on. I\'ve moved from personal adversity to advocacy around maternal mental health by now serving as Executive Advisor at the MGH Center for Women\'s Mental Health, combining the power of marketing, strategy and technology to accelerate the reach and impact of their go-to-market initiatives across both patients and providers. I also serve on the Board of Directors and as a peer support group leader at Postpartum Support International (PSI), as well as leverage my lived experience to advise strategic clinical workgroups tackling perinatal access, quality of care & equity across Massachusetts. I’m most energized when I’m energizing others and using my creativity, passion and ideas to uniquely solve the most critical problems a business, organization or team is looking to tackle. I am a builder and storyteller who thrives when leading organizations through change. I believe great businesses and organizations accelerate because of a relentless focus on mission, culture & the customer experience, not in spite of it: purpose brings profits. I am a fierce mental health advocate who believes in the power and criticality of removing the shackles of shame and stigma, while collectively creating diverse, inclusive, & psychologically safe spaces for all communities & individuals. My lived experiences as a mom, immigrant woman of color, & stage performer shape how I approach my work and the world.
