I am a Business Analyst with 7.5 years of experience in the financial services and insurance domain, including 2.5 years working as a Business & System Analyst at Sun Life Financial. My core expertise lies in requirement gathering, user story creation, business process analysis, and supporting Agile delivery for system enhancements and platform migration initiatives.In my current role, I work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to translate business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories. I have created and managed 30+ user stories, documented 50+ business and system requirements, and supported User Acceptance Testing to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
