Hi, I’m Kritika, a driven and enthusiastic BCom (Hons) graduate with a diverse background in marketing, HR, and social impact initiatives. I am passionate about digital marketing, branding, market research, and leveraging creativity to drive impactful results. Over the course of my academic journey and through hands-on internship experiences, I’ve developed a strong understanding of how businesses can build meaningful relationships with their audiences and clients. I’ve had the opportunity to work with EMP1, a startup employee engagement firm, where I was involved in B2B marketing campaigns, LinkedIn content management, and lead generation. This experience gave me insight into the power of social media as a tool for both marketing and talent acquisition. At Ace Marbles and Granites, I worked in both HR and marketing, further strengthening my understanding of how HR processes and marketing strategies can work in tandem to create a strong employer brand. In addition, my role as a Team Lead at AIESEC in Kolkata honed my leadership skills, as I led teams focused on outgoing exchanges and youth development, fostering communication and creativity in cross-functional settings. Throughout my journey, I’ve also contributed to social causes such as mental health awareness and animal welfare through fundraising campaigns for Badlav Seva Samiti and Pawzz Foundation. These experiences allowed me to understand the broader role that organizations play in supporting social causes while honing my ability to organize and lead teams towards a common goal. In addition to my work experience, I am an avid public speaker, with participation in national-level competitions, and have attended forums like Youth Speak Forum by AIESEC. I believe in the power of effective communication and storytelling in any marketing campaign, and I’m constantly looking for opportunities to enhance my skills and bring new ideas to life. With proficiency in B2B marketing, content creation, Canva, and Excel, I am eager to contribute to forward-thinking organizations that value creativity, adaptability, and growth.
