About Kriti Heda

I am a highly analytical individual who loves to dig into customer problems and solve them analytically through Data Analytics. To solve the business problems of the customer, I focus on the key results, building data models,visualizations and quickly identify insights from the data.I got to work as a Data Analyst intern in Elutions where I worked on online sensor data sets for an oil company. I worked on creating analytical models to assess the root cause analysis for the high consumption of utilities. During this project I experienced how analysis of data is really important to gain the insights of a business process. Using the Data analysis results I was able to identify the defective sensors and provided data driven insights to the management action plan that resulted in the improvement of the productivity by 64% and reduction in consumption cost by 18%. This project definitely gave me a new vision on how to approach different kinds of data and how each business problem can be solved by the data.I also worked as a Risk and Financial Consultant in KPMG where I conducted data gathering of key business processes and assisted the cross functional teams to design and develop new and innovative solutions based on the detailed data analysis. Based on the data analysis I developed data driven solutions for optimization of business decisions and actions for process improvement of the clients.In conclusion, I am a passionate problem solver and a go-getter, and I have undertaken various technical initiatives on the organization level. I thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
