About Kriti Aishwarya
Post PGPM from Great lakes institute of management, Chennai joined Accenture technology consulting in HR Advisory space. Here I get to be a part of client projects integrating workday in their organisation using HCM core, recruiting, onboarding module knowledge. During this stint I have also got to be a part of largest implementation for Workday. Alongside, I have become SHRM-CP certified practitioner.Last I was working as an Analyst to assist Talent Department of Deloitte USI. Prior this assignment, I worked at Amazon in their Last Mile Analytics & Quality team as a Data Support Engineer. I have also completed my Engineering in Computer Science from Krishna Engineering College, Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Ghaziabad.At Amazon, I worked towards standardizing the Last Mile Delivery space by providing Data and insights generation support to Product and Tech team. I also worked with Senior BIE\'s to design metrics to track the health of Delivery Service Provider(DSP) programme in the NA region and regularly track these metrics to generate insights.I am also a part-time model and take up free lancing modelling work. I also keep myself occupied with dancing, playing basketball and painting.
