About Kriti Sahanan

I’m a Learning & Development professional with a background in training, facilitation, and learning operations. Over the years, I’ve designed and delivered training programs across soft skills, tools, processes, and onboarding, while also building the systems that support learning at scale.I enjoy working at the intersection of content creation and training delivery. I design learning that is practical, engaging, and easy to apply, and I support teams through trainer-led sessions, coaching, and structured learning programs. A large part of my work involves understanding training needs from managers, QA, and teams, and translating those needs into clear and effective learning experiences.I began my career in hospitality, where I learned the importance of people experience early on. That foundation continues to shape how I approach learning today, with a strong focus on clarity, empathy, and real-world application. I’m especially interested in building learning systems that make training easier to access, easier to run, and easier to sustain, and in those moments when you can see someone finally get it.
