I\'m a professional with 5 years of experience in Online Retail Merchandising, Customer Experience Design, and Brand Marketing & Management in the e-commerce industry.My journey into commerce began during my school days at DPS Noida, where I developed a keen interest in these fields. This passion led me to pursue a Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration from Amity University. During my academic years, I balanced academic excellence with a variety of extracurricular activities. I earned a diploma in Kathak, participated in management fests, stepped out of my comfort zone in sports, and learned German, constantly pushing myself to explore new avenues.Professionally, I\'ve had the honor of working with esteemed companies. My most recent role was at Swiggy Instamart as Storefront Merchandising Manager, where I drove strategic content and merchandising projects. This dynamic role taught me invaluable lessons in agility and resource management.Before Swiggy, I spent nearly four years at Flipkart, starting in Merch Experience Design and later moving to marketing-focused roles. I led initiatives in Influencer Marketing, Catalog Enrichment, and pioneered Live Commerce for categories like beauty and home. One of my most challenging and exciting projects was managing the merchandising experience for the Big Billion Days sale event.My career began with an internship at Foodpanda India, which led to a permanent role in the Social Media Team. In each position, I spearheaded strategic initiatives, collaborated with cross-functional teams, and drove projects, honing skills in user-centricity, design thinking, creative concept development, and project management.I am currently pursuing a PGP in Technology and Business Management at Masters\' Union, attracted by its unique emphasis on experiential learning.
