   Working in CO+I IT cloud infrastructure breakfix process management• Owned the pre-launch activities for Microsoft Fabric launch including cross team validations, building Flight play book, building dependency matrix, tracking deployments and flights, and acted as a POC for any support for Flights for multiple teams.• Worked with the Microsoft Fabric Development team and provided key inputs related to UI enhancement, performance optimizations, and Feature enhancements. Created test scenarios based on different personas, Tested the whole tool E2E, logged issues, categorized, and triaged issues. • Build a phased launch plan including dashboard, reporting scenarios and metrics for the Fabric assessment tool. • Conducted Lunch and learn session for different organizations based on different time zone and gave demo of the tool.• Cross collaboration with multiple teams within the Power BI organization, drive and make sure that all the releases are going on time in different environments. • Responsible for process improvement, streamlining the release process and documentation. • Build detailed level deployment plans and cut-over activities. • Implemented and improved the process to Triage, Fix the incoming Security Bugs across the whole Organization. • Create and evaluate reports, dashboards to drive efficiently. • Led the rollout of the Flight processing automation tool including scenario creations from different personas, E2E testing, triaging issues and building the launch plan. • Created a self-service dashboard for engineering teams to view the details of flights, bugs, train schedules and pipelines. • Onboarded new team members and gave them the KT sessions. • Created a repository for the team members so that all the documentation, learning resources are easily accessible to the team members.
