I started with a strong foundation in business (Commerce & HR), and from there, I\'ve grown my skills across all aspects of HR, from talent acquisition to crafting strategic HR plans.Early on, I honed my organizational skills in HR talent assessment. It was a great way to develop my attention to detail and technical proficiency.
