From lean shopfloors to climate summits, I turn sustainability goals into measurable results—reducing emissions, shaping policy, and building stakeholder trust. Experienced in leading cross-functional teams, influencing national conversations, and delivering impact across industries and borders. I began my career in operations, building expertise in lean manufacturing, environmental health & safety (EHS), continuous improvement, and management systems. This foundation gave me a deep understanding of how to embed sustainability as a system-wide transformation—driven by process discipline, operational efficiency, and measurable impact. With a process engineering mindset, I don’t just discuss sustainable practices—I design and implement them across the value chain. In less than a decade, I progressed from management trainee to Senior Manager, leading cross-functional teams, driving ESG implementation, influencing public policy, and delivering tangible results across industries and geographies. My work has achieved emissions reduction, digital transformation of operations, inclusive hiring initiatives, and stronger stakeholder trust. Sustainability + Public Affairs: Where Policy Meets Action I have represented India in global water and climate forums, partnered with ministries, embassies, and industry bodies on Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) priorities, and shaped policy advocacy strategies at Grundfos. From developing stakeholder engagement frameworks to leading international delegations and steering national climate conversations, I bridge policy advocacy with on-the-ground ESG execution—ensuring sustainability commitments become measurable business outcomes. Notable Milestones: • Spearhead India’s first circular business pilot in the pump industry • Led the USGBC LEED Zero Water Certification for a manufacturing site • Built India’s DEI charter and managed a neurodivergent-inclusive workforce • Represented India in UN and ministerial climate/water delegations • Led policy-level engagement with ministries, embassies, and not-for-profits to drive sustainability action • Won prestigious fellowships (IWA, Poul Due Jensen Foundation) for youth-led climate and inclusive development I thrive on building partnerships—across CXOs, NGOs, governments, and communities—to drive systemics change that’s inclusive, bold, and future-ready.
