During my current position as an Senior Assistant Vice President for Program Management and Operations, I oversee all strategic direction and organizational planning for a team of 150+ including offshore and onshore delivery teams. I gather and compile data requirements including defining, development, and delivery of high-performance queries and automation solutions utilizing SSIS, PL, SQL, and SAS. My vast knowledge of the field allows me to hold direct responsibility for developing and maintaining financial forecast models to accurately revise revenue forecasts. I utilize strong relationship building to serve as liaison and first point of contact between IT, Operations, Infrastructure, and clients ensuring all business requirements are met and consistent with service level agreements. SELECT PROJECTS• Data Engineering/ Data Analytics – Collaborated with a multiple business teams to better understand requirements on data mining and data analysis including clinical and non-clinical payment and big data analysis to deliver optimized data solutions. Served as subject matter expert working directly with clients internal teams to define and create Oracle, SQL, and MS Access reporting solutions. • Query Application Tracker – Oversaw all project management for a high profile and complex application seeking to monitor and report the entire life of a query from ideation to delivery. Served as responsible and accountable partner behind the entire application from conception and design to development and implementation. • Contract Quality and Compliance Check – Ensured comprehensive verification and identification of discrepancies between paper contracts and the contracts system, providing automated solutions for fixing system issues. • Data Engineering Projects – Provided data pipeline support in collaboration with digital, advanced analytics, NLP, and clinical modeling teams.
