I am a systems thinker, activating my expertise as an eHR leader to help organizations grow through cultivating human capital, learning and development and coaching. As a veteran L&D and HR program manager, I believe in the power of learning - a gift that unlocks infinite possibilities. “Teaching is more than imparting knowledge, it is inspiring change. As an autodidact, I crave constant learning and seek out organizations that celebrate the same. I am comfortable with the uncomfortable, as I believe that is where we activate our greatest growth.
