As the Global Associate Director of Learning and Development at Spencer Ogden, I lead the strategic development and execution of training programs designed to drive performance and growth across our global teams. Outside of work, I\'m a mom to two incredible kids. Being their mom is my favorite thing in the world and watching them grow is my biggest blessing. My goal is not only to be the best version of myself, at home and in business, but also to empower my kids and the consultants I work with to reach their goals and become the best versions of themselves.
