As the Global Associate Director of Learning and Development at Spencer Ogden, I lead the strategic development and execution of training programs designed to drive performance and growth across our global teams. My mission is to align learning and development initiatives with business goals, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and empower leaders and employees at every level to thrive.In my role, I oversee the North America L&D department and partner with our Global Director to develop and execute strategies that meet the demands of a dynamic, global marketplace. From managing global L&D projects and guiding change management efforts to developing leadership capabilities and collaborating with subject matter experts, I am dedicated to delivering impactful training programs that equip our teams with the skills they need to succeed. I\'m extremely big on ensuring everyone I train understands the \"how\" behind their roles and can implement the training onto their desk straight away. Outside of work, I\'m a mom to two incredible kids. Being their mom is my favorite thing in the world and watching them grow is my biggest blessing. My goal is not only to be the best version of myself, at home and in business, but also to empower my kids and the consultants I work with to reach their goals and become the best versions of themselves.
