Spark specializes in the design, implementation and testing of compliance and ethics programs. Drawing on a decades of experience in-house, in private practice, training development, and consulting, we:• Provide best-in-class compliance and ethics program evaluations, including the Compliance Program Report Card and the Comprehensive Program Review using proprietary CCEPA methodology;• Provide global risk assessments using our specialist risk assessment methodology. • Provide beginning-to-end consulting to help organizations obtain ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management Systems certification, as well as ISO 37001 Certification Audit performance. • Provide highly effective training programs to compliance teams to develop their leadership, influence and persuasion skills based on the methodologies in the book,\"How to Be a Wildly Effective Compliance Officer.\"• Provide expert advice on the creation of third-party due diligence protocols, response to the Modern Slavery Act, ESG, privacy, and training and communication throughout the business and emerging markets.
