For nearly two decades I\'ve worked at the intersection of human potential and organizational performance — first as a global L&D executive at Deloitte, where I led learning strategy across 23 countries and partnered directly with CEOs and executive teams to build cultures where people could genuinely grow.That work taught me something I now build entire programs around: You cannot separate the well-being of a person from the performance of an organization. They move together. Today, as founder of Ribbit Wellness and operating under Kristy Arnold Consulting, LLC as a Certified Corporate Wellness Specialist, I partner with leadership teams to design and facilitate well-being programs that go beyond benefits — building cultures rooted in psychological safety, belonging, and sustainable performance across all 8 dimensions of wellness.I also bring this same holistic lens to individuals — as a wellness coach, yoga and meditation teacher, and licensed REALTOR® with Compass serving coastal Rhode Island — because well-being doesn\'t stop at the office door.The mission across all of it is the same: helping people live and work with happiness and ease.
