About Kristy Wolfe
Over the past decade, I’ve built a diverse career across the Project Management field, with experience spanning localization, retail, technology, and client services. I spent most of those years in San Francisco, CA, where I began my journey in Localization Project Management at TransPerfect Translations. During my four years there, I gained a strong foundation in the fundamentals of project management—organization, time management, cross-functional communication, and the ability to drive projects forward under tight timelines.I later transitioned into the retail industry, spending two years at Sephora as a Project Manager within the Tech organization. In this role, I collaborated across PMO, Product, Planning, and Architecture teams, partnering closely with both technical stakeholders and business leaders to deliver high-visibility initiatives. My next step took me into retail tech as an Implementation Lead at MakerSights, where I embraced my first truly client-facing role. This experience broadened my expertise across the merchandising lifecycle, CRM marketing processes, assortment strategy, and product planning. Working directly with executives, merchandisers, designers, and CRM teams gave me a comprehensive 360-degree view of how cross-functional collaboration brings successful products to life.During a recent professional development sabbatical, I pursued my passion for food, beverage, and hospitality by earning my WSET Level 2 Certification (passed with merit) and actively working toward Level 3. I gained hands-on experience in NYC wine bars, deepening my understanding of service operations, guest experience, and product knowledge. Travel across multiple countries has enriched my cultural and culinary perspective, further fueling my interest in the global wine and F&B industry. I also dedicated time to volunteering at Animal Haven, a no-kill animal shelter in NYC, reinforcing my commitment to purpose-driven, community-oriented work.I am now focused on my next entrepreneurial venture: developing a charcuterie business launching in Q2 2026. I plan to integrate my wine expertise, hospitality experience, and nearly ten years of project management skills to create a thoughtful, distinctive brand rooted in quality, creativity, and seamless execution.
