   PM For Multiple (ATFP) Security Upgrade Projects Owned by the United States Navy Department of DefenseManaging resources across multiple work disciplines that are responsible for analysis, design, development, and implementation, per RFP, for multiple security upgrade projects owned by the United State Navy Department of Defense. Within the scope of these projects we implemented AccessIt RS2 Access Control Operational Systems to authenticate Department of Defense User access, capture frequently performed activities and image capture. Responsible for post implementation training and support, and strategic planning to migrate from the client/server application (allowed at NOSC Facilities today) to web-based application to support HSPD12 Compliance. Other Project Management responsibilities include creation and maintenance of the project budget, project accounting, project schedule, work breakdown structure and phasing plans, resource Resource Planning, Responsible for demonstrating a high level of understanding of project RFP/requirements/scope and working directly with contractors, project owners and key stakeholders, to facilitate communication and maintain relationships (serve as a liaison between design team and project owner). Responsible for facilitating project status meetings, internally and with the client, design and construction status reporting, project cost reporting, throughout the life cycle of the project from project launch through closeout.
