We have to compete every day, although it is great to look at the scoreboard and achievements we\'ve had, we must not sit for long. We must show up and focus on how we are executing every day. Are we hitting our daily objectives and metrics? Are we critical and evaluating our current processes, failures, and successes to understand if we are operationalizing effectively. Lastly, are we building a positive culture enabling people to grow and thrive? If we are not hitting these goals, we must innovate change to ensure success.
