Provide 5-star customer service, greeting and assisting students, parents, faculty, staff and visitors in person, by phone, by email, and via social media- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of High Point University’s policies, events, campus resources, academic departments, and community services- Serve as a resource for event ticket pick-ups, meeting room/facility reservations, shuttle schedules, transportation (e.g. airport shuttles), local recommendations, campus tours, and other concierge services- Assist with delivering small items (e.g. birthday cards, packages) to students who live on campus- Work some evenings, weekends, and special event hours; ensure that the concierge desk is staffed per schedule- Support training of new student concierges and/or assist in supervising student staff (depending on level).
