I am a healthcare adoption and clinical informatics professional with over 15 years of experience spanning frontline clinical care, clinical workflow optimization, and health systems improvement. My work sits at the intersection of clinical practice, health informatics, and change enablement, allowing me to support organizations in successfully adopting new workflows, technologies, and data-driven practices.I bring deep clinical credibility combined with formal training in health services management and health information management and data analytics. Throughout my career, I have partnered with interdisciplinary teams to streamline documentation, improve clinical workflows, and support sustainable behavior change through thoughtful training, communication, and adoption strategies.I am especially effective at bridging communication between clinicians, IT teams, and leadership, translating operational needs into practical, user-centered solutions that improve clinician experience and care delivery. My background in enterprise technology and client-facing roles further strengthens my ability to operate in fast-paced, consultative environments.I am actively building upon my informatics and adoption expertise through continued education and hands-on experience, with a focus on non-bedside, systems-focused roles in clinical informatics, workflow optimization, health IT adoption, and digital health transformation.
