ABOUT KRISTY MANNING

The companies I have worked for would say that I am passionate about every management role I have taken on and they would see me as the go-to person to ensure that results are delivered to a high standard. I have a strong work ethic with a drive and determination that enables me to search out solutions to issues that arise to ensure continuous improvement is achieved. As a team manager I mentor, coach and support the team so that they can hone and develop their skills and network to achieve the company’s and their own personal goals. I have a passion for Mental Health and have raised the awareness of how important the balance between mental and physical health is for total wellbeing.Currently working for Schroders within the Purchase to Payables department as a team manager heading up the Finance Operations Team. I empower the business and the team to review the current systems and processes to ensure streamlining in our control can be achieved but to highlight efficiencies with recommendations. I believe in the Schroders philosophy of collaboration to discuss and make changes for the common good.I love photography especially capturing precious moments spent with my family on holidays or days out to create milestones and memories to look back on and remember. I have also been on a recent trip to South Africa to build an orphaned family a safe and strong home for their future. My family and I emersed ourselves in their community and culture which was definitely eye opening and provided a different perspective on the is important in life.
