About Kristy Lapage
In my current position at Mitchell 1, I am responsible for overseeing all aspects of the commercial vehicle product line, including TruckSeries repair information software and Manager SE Truck Edition shop management system for Class 4-8 trucks. I originally joined Mitchell 1 in 1997 as a customer service agent and progressed through various roles and responsibilities from there. I have served as product owner and manager, leading teams in the development of software and managing product launches. In 2006, I was offered a position of associate product manager within the Commercial Vehicle Group where I found a love for the trucking industry. My passion is to maintain and produce products that benefit the success of technicians and shop owners. In addition to the wonderful experience gained at Mitchell 1, I have served as Fleet Sales Specialist and Sr. Global Sales Planning Specialist at Maxwell Technologies, a leader in developing, manufacturing and marketing energy storage and power delivery solutions for automotive and heavy transportation applications.
