I lead the growth and partnerships team at SCCU Group, working with employers across schools, businesses and the sport sector to support their people challenges with practical, meaningful development solutions.Most of the organisations we partner with aren’t short of ambition — they’re short on time, resource or clarity on how to develop and retain their people effectively. Skills gaps, inconsistent management, stretched teams… it all adds up. That’s where we come in.We take a supportive, hands-on approach to really understand what’s going on beneath the surface and help shape solutions that actually work — developing capability, strengthening teams and creating long-term impact.We care about building genuine partnerships.
