About Kristy Kennah
After the realization, I would not be a NFL Kicker I decided to dive into my second passion-P&C Insurance. I became part of the insurance family industry in the most front line of ways as the switchboard operator for a very busy claims office. I worked my way through various adjuster roles for both auto and home from liability and fraud. The best part of this job was helping people and delivering the promise in their worst hour. Nothing good as ever happened to the person calling the claims folks.I then made the jump to the sales side being and agent and eventually a Sales Rep for a carrier. I was then able to spread the love of insurance to a greater audience as the world cannot go round without us. Insurance gets a bad rap but it is a very important service that protects the livelihood of families and businesses. In this role, I also had the benefit of another avenue to help small businesses grow. Helping an agency grow its business base, give raises, hire new employees, and give back to their communities was a gift to me.I am currently working on the data, information and predictive model side to supply to insurance carriers. I feel I believe I have come full circle in the understanding of every aspect of the industry and in my love of helping and seeing change and innovation this role allows me to see change to the industry.It is my goal to drive our business forward with our partner carriers by living our strategic goal to be innovators; we are passionate about challenging the status quo and improving outcomes.
