ABOUT KRISTY ENGEL SHEPARD
Ms. Engel-Shepard has served as environmental project manager for hazardous materials surveys; including asbestos surveys and abatement design, lead-based paint surveys, mold, mercury and PCBs. Ms. Engel-Shepard\'s experience also includes storm water and temporary sediment erosion control (TSEC) inspections for construction projects. She has also assisted with the preparation of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans and Spill Prevention, Countermeasure and Control plans (SPCCs). Ms. Engel-Shepard has conducted SARA Tier II reporting under EPCRA. She has also conducted historical reviews following FCC/NEPA and NHPA Section 106 review processes and has performed Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments for commercial and industrial properties, in accordance with ASTM Standards, ODOT standards, and various client specifications.
