I work as a Contract Consultant, combining strong analytical capability with deep, real-world experience in People & Culture, leadership, and organisational change to deliver practical, people-centred outcomes for a variety of clients.After spending 3.5 years in a senior People & Culture role, I made a deliberate move into contracting to focus on what I do best: helping organisations solve complex problems, design more inclusive ways of working, and deliver meaningful change for both the business and the people that then thrive within it.My Business Analyst background includes extensive experience working on e-commerce products and platforms, supporting client and delivery teams across the full software implementation lifecycle. From early discovery and requirements definition through to build, testing, release, and post-implementation optimisation. I’ve worked in both B2B and consumer-facing environments, partnering closely with product, engineering, and operational teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable outcomes.I’ve supported global organisations such as Kodak and BT, as well as consulting and scale-up environments, helping teams align priorities, improve ways of working, and deliver value at pace. I’m particularly effective in cross-functional and remote teams, where clear communication, strong stakeholder engagement, and trust are critical to successful delivery.What differentiates me is my lived experience in people leadership. Having built and led functions, coached leaders, and shaped culture from the inside, I bring a pragmatic, human-centred lens to analysis and change. I understand what needs to change, how change is experienced by people and how to embed it sustainably.Alongside my delivery work, I am a conference speaker, mentor, and certified EQ-i 2.0 & EQ 360 Practitioner. Emotional intelligence underpins my approach, enabling me to ask better questions, build strong stakeholder relationships, and navigate ambiguity with empathy and commercial awareness.I am a lifelong learner who enjoys partnering with organisations to deliver insight-led solutions across digital, product, and organisational change.
