Experienced Career & People Manager with a proven track record of coordinating shore-based functions to support fleet operations and career development. I work closely with key stakeholders to ensure that ships are staffed with trained and competent personnel while providing individuals with meaningful opportunities for growth, promotion, and recognition throughout their careers.I lead the transition and implementation of Carnival Corporation\'s Competency Framework across the fleet, collaborating with brands and subject matter experts to ensure alignment with Carnival UK’s professional development needs. Additionally, I design and enhance training programs, including fast-track graduate pathways and international Cadet initiatives, to support the expanding fleet.My role extends to setting and monitoring performance standards, tracking compliance through gap reports, and defining policies related to Cadet training, career management, and promotion processes. I oversee selection criteria for promotion boards, identifying high-potential officers for accelerated development.Beyond training and development, I act as an Employee Relations case manager, handling investigations, hearings, and appeals. I also drive recruitment and resourcing strategies, managing assessment centers and championing a diverse and inclusive culture.
