   Oversaw the demolition and installation of equipment for my AOR including unloading through further processing, Warehouse, WWTP, and Facilities- Utilized AutoCAD 2020 drawings and Navisworks Freedom 3D model to review and approve engineering documents of the manufacturing layouts- Applied NPE’s Management Of Change (MOC) process and executed over 50 MOC requests for End to End and/or SteerCo approval within my AOR- Reviewed installation schedules and identified key components behind schedule and completion target dates consistently delayed and brought the findings to vendor and the End to End manager- Followed the NPE Equipment Procurement Process Flow and created dozens of purchases for the BUS, QA, Warehouse, and Planning departments in preparation for startup including NPE bid packet creation, NPE Standards Library, JAR Report, competitive bidding/deviation form, coversheet, docusign signature signoff, SAP req generation, and training- Utilized NIMT to execute small and/or minor projects of purchasing a railcar train puller - Utilized Owners Cost in Teams to document cost, submitted purchases for approval via docusign, submitted requisitions via SAP- Utilized NPE Contract library and forms to create a service agreement for numerous vendor installation projects
