Responsible for strategic planning, analysis, and recommendations related to industry trends, competitive research, and retail channel optimization. Build relationships with operational and sales leaders (Directors and above), technical partners and cross-functional leaders to develop and execute distribution strategies.• Project Lead for Agent program to stabilize Agent Distribution and incentivize growth leading to a 30% reduction in number of Agents (through consolidation) and 114 agent-to-agent location transitions.• Facilitate monthly meetings with Area Vice Presidents to review Agent distribution activity (door openings, closures, acquisitions) and prepare summaries for senior leadership team.• Created Risk Analysis tool to identify At-Risk locations and develop strategic plans to support Agent Distribution with a 96% accuracy rate in predicting door closures.• Developed Lease Protection program for 14 Agencies preventing the closure of more than 20 Agent locations.• Program Manager for the Mobile Store Program (temporary, full-service store used to fill distribution gaps) including creation of support resources, review of use case requests and coordination of deployment activities.• Partner closely with Agent Compensation team to develop sales incentive strategies that reward sales performance while supporting Agent financial stability.• Prepare executive summaries, financial analysis, and contractual updates for strategic distribution and compensation programs.• Fielded Ad-Hoc requests from Senior Leadership Team (VP and above) for a broad range of topics ranging from internal Retail Associate Compensation to Business Development analysis.• Lead for cross-functional team to create/identify resources to promote personal growth and career development for the Retail Strategy & Indirect Distribution Team (stretch assignment).Awards & Recognition• 2024 Pinnacle Award Winner• 2024 Q1 Exceptional Outcomes Award Winner
