Prime responsibility of ensuring construction lifecycle adheres to all HSE legislative and project requirements: • Oversight of all HSE activities to ensure contractual, legislative and industry best practice requirements • Process implementation and improvement • Legislative and Contractual Gap Analysis • Subcontractor and Supplier Demonstration of competence • Engineering methodology reviews to ensure all HSE aspects are captured and mitigated effectively • Identification and Facilitation of HAZID/HAZOP and HIRA processes, follow up of actions for operational readiness
