Standardizing and documenting new processes for our operations team-Working with internal and external teams for improving process workflow-Being the first contact (primary on-call) for game service related failures-Managing process and procedures within the operations center with other leads-Managing and organizing all production game deployments and updates-Manages deployment processes and game service support for all internal production environments-Leads a team of three individuals responsible for project work surrounding incident management, systems patching, hardware troubleshooting and monitoring improvements-Provides feedback on future initiatives to drive operational efficiency-Troubleshoots large scale incidents in real-time, while driving resolution.
