At Digital Cheetah Solutions, we empower nonprofits of all sizes—from small animal shelters to large organizations like the USO and American Red Cross—with cutting-edge volunteer and member management software.As part of the implementation team, I guide new clients through the entire onboarding process, including discovery, requirements gathering, contracting, implementation, data migration, and configuration, culminating in a successful go-live. Additionally, I manage a portfolio of nine enterprise clients, providing best-in-class volunteer management consulting across various disciplines.My responsibilities include- Leading the implementation and configuration of our cloud-based solutions for new clients- Conducting in-depth requirements gathering and documentation for custom development projects- Serving as the liaison between clients, our development team, and the QA team- Managing the end-to-end process of custom development, including daily scrums, the UAT process, and rollout- Utilizing agile development methodologies to ensure efficient and effective project execution.My role is driven by a passion for helping nonprofits optimize their operations and achieve their missions through technology.
