ABOUT KRISTN BENKE

I am an experienced Consultant and Program Manager skilled in designing and delivering corporate training. I have worked with a variety of industries including life sciences, hospitality, and government. I am experienced in training on systems, software, processes and procedures, as well as onboarding new clients and customers. I have authored and curated training content. I function well in a variety of training environments: classroom, remote, side-by-side, and blended training. Another core area of expertise I have is as a KCSv6-certified Knowledge Program Manager who defines, implements, and maintains knowledge management strategy and leads teams to build, structure, and curate best-in-class content.
