With lived experience as a veteran, military spouse, caregiver, and now widow, I bring a deeply personal understanding to my work supporting military families. I currently serve as a Survivor Outreach Coordinator and am pursuing my Master of Social Work at Florida State University.My focus is on healing through nontraditional, holistic methods — including therapeutic art, creative expression, and peer-led workshops designed to foster connection, resilience, and emotional well-being.While much of my journey has been rooted in the military community, my passion is helping all individuals navigate trauma, grief, and life transitions with dignity and support. My goal is to create spaces where people feel truly seen, heard, and empowered to move forward.
