REGIONAL MARKETING DIRECTOR, SOUTHWEST Work in partnership with the office directors and practice area leaders to oversee Gensler’s marketing and business development efforts in the Southwest region—including Los Angeles, Newport Beach, San Diego, Las Vegas, Phoenix and Denver. Connect Gensler’s global marketing strategies to local implementation and provide mentorship to a marketing team of 25+ people across the region. Ensure that marketing materials are responsive to our clients’ needs, creative, tell a story and convey Gensler’s passion for design. Work with studio leaders to develop marketing business plans, as well as track and analyze marketing spend on marketing pursuits and practice area marketing efforts. MARKETING MANAGER, LOS ANGELES Oversee the day-to-day activities of a growing team of marketing specialists and work closely with the Los Angeles office directors and studio leaders to ensure that marketing resources are responsive and aligned with strategic business development goals. Provide quality control for all deliverables—including proposals/qualifications, presentations, and award submissions—ensuring that the Gensler brand is communicated consistently throughout all marketing and project-related materials. Lead selected strategic large-scale project pursuits. Coordinate weekly business development communications, including tracking and reporting of BD opportunities, and leadership of weekly office-wide business development meetings. Facilitate communication among Los Angeles marketing team members, and across regional and firm-wide lines, to explore best practices and professional development.
