ABOUT KRISTIN WERNER

I am a passionate project manager for 12 years. I had the opportunity to experience clinical project management from a university research level to multi-center international projects. During my career I gained in-depth experience covering all aspects of clinical research for pre- and post market drugs and medical devices as Sponsor and service providing CRO employee. I manage and conduct strategy decisions, trial set up, submissions, monitoring, supervision of teams, trouble- shooting, progress reporting, audits, analysis interpretation and closure of projects. Where needed I selected and managed vendors successfully. By covering all those aspects and steps my main focus is to deliver high quality and compliance most efficiently and effectively in time and within budget. The therapeutic fields I worked in range from acute settings like myocardial infarction, acute Sepsis/SIRS, acute kidney injury, acute heart failure to chronic diseases like atrial fibrillation, elective coronary intervention and chronic haemodialysis.I very much enjoy working in an intercultural environment giving reliable leadership and guidance to the teams, motivate and energize them and communicate openly and honest to achieve successes in teamwork. Being fully committed to my projects I like to have a hands-on proactive attitude where I use my experiences and analytical skills to foresee possible problems before they occur. My personal main driver is to learn and face new challenges to broaden my experiences and skills.
