For the last 20 years, Kristin has worked alongside some of the most financially sophisticated business owners and entrepreneurs across the country. She feels so blessed to have worked with so many different business owners in so many different industries. And while her journeys have taken her down many paths, these experiences have given her the passion to grow your business to the next level. Kristin is especially passionate about her meaningful impact on the organizations in which she has worked and the communities in which her teams have developed. Through out her career Kristin has worked to successfully execute just over $1 billion in a variety of real estate transactions including land exchanges, commercial development, low income housing production, investment sales and purchases. She also takes pride in supporting the community that raised her by supporting a number of local nonprofits with pro-bono advisory work. Kristin is a proud graduate of Appalachian State University, where she earned both her BSBA and Master’s Degree in Accounting. She is the proud mother of two lovely and ambitious young lady athletes and two furry sons (of the K-9 variety).
