Collaborate with Operations Team on recruitment, hiring and onboarding efforts of new Associate psychotherapists.•Assist in development and implementation of organizational policies, procedures and overall strategy of the Practice. Maintain ongoing review of current organization policies and implement changes in policy as necessary.•Consult with clinical providers to discuss service problems, respond to community needs, enhance public relations, coordinate activities and plans, and promote Practice growth. Provide ongoing support to all Associate psychotherapists in the Practice. •Organize and coordinate ongoing Continuing Education and Professional Development initiatives and programs within the Practice.•Provide individual, weekly psychotherapy using various therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, psychodynamic techniques, and Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR).
