As a Customer Experience Specialist at PetScreening, I leverage my communication skills and creativity to solve problems and connect with diverse clients. I help pet owners, property managers, and housing providers navigate the pet screening process, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and satisfaction. I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in Communications, with a concentration in Interpersonal Communications. I have a passion for uncovering insights and applying them to drive brand success. I have honed my skills in writing, brand strategy, and conflict resolution through multiple internships and projects in various fields, such as PR, marketing, web design, and journalism. I have also earned multiple certifications and recognitions, such as the Certificate of Achievement in Advertising Ethics and the Finalist in Ketchum’s LaunchPad Game. My goal is to continue learning and growing as a communicator and a problem solver, and to contribute to meaningful and impactful initiatives that benefit the community and the environment.
