While attending Washburn University in the early 1980\'s, I stumbled upon a part time job as a teller at a family owned bank in Topeka, KS. That job experience proved to me that I could combine my love for social interaction with my need for intellectual challenge. Today, whether it’s the satisfaction I feel in seeing one of my team members enjoy professional success, the comfort I see a client feel in knowing that our expertise has allowed them to transfer wealth to future generations in the most advantageous ways, or the pleasure a client experiences in employing improved technology solutions to make it easier to do business, my career in banking has afforded me ways to challenge myself and help others.
