As the eCommerce Client Relations Manager at Hermes of Paris, I oversee the fraud, policy and payments operations of the eCommerce site. This includes tracking and reporting all fraud and chargebacks, as well as analyzing all fraud and policy abuse patterns. I also contributed to the launch our fraud management tool and now manage the tool with the goal of reducing all forms of abuse on Hermes.com/us, including fraud and chargebacks. I am passionate about reducing abuse on our eCommerce site, while also creating a collaborative and supportive team culture.
